Does Agency Account can be a technician?

Absolutely yes, you can have an agency account and you will be the technician if you don't have a technicians available. We recommend this one to make sure we deliver the bookings.

How long will i receive my payout?

For COD payments you can receive your payment instantly, for bank transfer it may take 1-3 business days depends on banks.

What is the requirements to become a technician?

Primarily we required atleast 5 years of experienced in your field, we will discuss the rest of the requirements during the process.

I have a physical store can I apply as technician?

Yes, you can apply as a technician and we prioritized you over freelancers because you have already the established your name.

How much is my salary?

We don't pay you a fix monthly salary, Please take note that this is your business we split the profit by percentage and on commission based, we give you 70% of all the total cost of the service fee.

So the real answer is it varies sometimes it's low sometimes it's high, but good thing is you control your time, you control your profit margin, you control your income, you control your life.

Where to get the Repair and Replacement Parts and do I need to include it in the price?

We recommend to only provide the service charge in your listing, and please specify in your listings that the possible component or parts are; should be payed by the customers. You should include that in your listings. You can talk about it in the chat, because we have our own chat server in our app.
Note: Always give the right expectations to your customers.

How do you rate technicians?

We don't rate the technicians, but the customers has the right to provide ratings and testimonials to ensure that you properly cater and provide the exceptional service to your customers. If you have a higher ratings it means more customers will line up to book your service, on the other hand if you have a very poor ratings no one will book your service it's very simple.
